I wanted to bring it to your notice that, i had an issue with sony bluetooth earphone and submitted on 31december2018 to vigneshwar services (Job card number - j[protected] who are sony authorized service centre in bangalore. They initially said i will get a replacement product in weeks time (They would make me a call) as soon as they receive the stock, however, they didn't make any call to me even after two weeks, and when i reach them they informed me that, they don't have particular model and its been stopped. Hence asked me to go for upgrade and i should pay the difference in price. I have informed them that i don't want any upgraded model and i don't want to continue with sony anymore, hence asked them for a re-fund. Every time i make a call they will inform me that, they will call me in 10mins but it never happens. It more than 45days of time and till now they did reach me to inform the status. And when i approach they just tell they will call me in couple of minutes. I have spoken to two executives all the times named (Priya and marzeena).
