Sony India — Seeking warranty for led tv repair due to vardah

I have bought Sony 40 inch led tv on August 2016.due to vardah our display is out. So we registered Complaint against it. And service center repaint physical damage cannot be covered in warranty. Really we got shocked. They asked 24000₹ to repair. We are not able to accept that natural calamities cannot be covered in warranty We must be trust in brand and not on warranty terms. Hope this complaint may help us. My complaint no. Is 37056678.

And service center in West Tambaram, Chennai replied that physical damage cannot be covered in warranty. Really we got shocked. They asked 24000₹ to repair. We are not able to accept that natural calamities cannot be covered in warranty. We must be trust in brand and not on warranty terms. Hope this complaint may help us. My complaint no. Is 37056678.
