Have purchased Sony LCD TV bravia cx32 in 2012.now im facing problem in video.i called vijayawada servicec station but no proper response.Your service engineer mr.ajay has not visited my home and just asked for a video of display, after checking watsapp video he advised to replace the display screen saying its display screen is disorderd and it will take approx Rs.12000.
Being a customer I would like to raise a serious concern that Where is reliability of brand like Sony ltd? Why the display screen will get damaged in short period.if it happens so then what is the difference between Sony and another local brand.Please reply.
1. I don’t see any point in paying so much for repair purpose with such product, which already is having manufacturing defects.
2. What is the guarantee that after one year the panel does not fail or any other part does not work after the panel is changed, do you expect your customers to suffer and spend their hard earned money on your bad quality products.

I want new handset totally i am fedap for your services.
I have purchased above mentioned Cellphone on 25/05/2017 .
As per attached Ticket ID - 1701100537 dated 11/07/2017 i had submitted the Same for DISPLAY issue .
Again As per attached Ticket ID -17100901462 dated 09/10/2017 same problem has repeated again .
As CELLPHONE is under warranty, right now Iam not facing any financial burden . If same would have happened after the Warranty period, I might occured big loss .
As the display issue is occurring repeatedly I have waste my Time running behind Service Center and My time is wasted .
I kindly request you to replace the with the NEW PHONE .
I want prompt reply from you .
All rady post the mail last display repair but no action and after warrent face the same proble within the month.
