I purchased sony bravia 32 inch smart tv model klv w512d last year. And i have warranty for 2 years. Some vertical lines coming on the screen. So i had given complaint to sony customer care on dates 6 oct 2017. No body came nor any call from sony service center till today for solve my problem. My service request id 42702886. If you are not provide service i will go to consumer court against your company. So pls kindly provide service to solve my problem
