[Resolved] Sony India — Sony Bluetooth speaker XB01 serial number is not matching with Invoice serial number
I bought Sony XB01 Portable Bluetooth Speaker on[protected] Yesterday(2oct, 2020) i went to Sony Service center and they found that speaker Serial Number is not matching with the Invoice serial number and Sony Service Center said that they can't procced and i can't claim the warranty because of serial number Mismatch .I called in flipkart and they said they will get back before 7th september 2020 But 1 year warranty will expire on 13th october after that i will have to Throw my speaker in Dustbin.
This is horrible cheating with customer my hole day got wasted I was planning to visit service center For Months and today this

Flipkart refunded the money and picked up the Speaker.
