Again i got a call from sony care just a minute ago..
who told me that
"kuch nahi ho sakta..
agar apko bat karni hai to jp electrocis se karo.."

hum site visit karwayene to wahi bat kahega..jo bata chuke hai..

wais site visit mai nahi karwaunga..."

what a attitude of your customer service
management.
kindly arrange a call from higer management and arrrange a meeting with ur service head.
no one ready to provide the service head contct number or email.
i heard his name is "shamhad.".

very pathetic and rude behaviour from sony.

Tell me one thing with out opening and inspecting the LED TV inside; how can you say that particular thing is DUST or Humidity bla bla.
your technician accepted at the time of visit that ;sir, it is manufacturing problem then how can he mentioned such dust issues.

Can any one explain that with in 8 day a branded TV from Sony has dust inside the screen while it is dust protected as sony doing marketing..

Causes...

he did not call me, he did not discuss with me.
mean while he arranged a call from JP electronic by sushant.
and commit me that he will repair first then do a replacement if necessary.

i have the all recorded calls.

but as your trail mail whatever is mentioned not match the statement.

Do you know, first time i have been asked for my LED power issue .
Second time for clouring issues.
third time Dust issue.

kindly explain who mentioned this complaints.??

why the false commitment and statement followed.

each and every time i i had to bother to take followup.

if my concerned not resolved i shall make "deepawali " with reliance in GIP with others happy customer.
and along with my great sony led tv BRAVIA KLV-32W672E. dust one as you in trail mail said and dust protected as you said when i bought.

i would like to buy your FULL HD 32 inches LED, replace defected led with full HD asap.

i don`t want any surgery for this new baby which is hardly 25 days old.
i raised my request within 8 days after post purchase but the JP electronic did delay this thing.

let me tell you the technician visit done after too many followup. jp electronics denied to do visit as per my shedule earlier..

There are many issues in regard services.

how come i can trust you for years and suggest to some one to purchase your newly introduced OLED tv.

Please correct your information first.

We received service request of your above mentioned product at our Authorized Service Centre M/s Jaypee Electronics vide Job number J82442931 with nature of complaint “Dust on Display”. Upon inspection of the product engineer observed that there is dust inside the display and cleaning service needs to be done for satisfactory working of TV.

We would like to mention here that the responsibility of basic maintenance and protection of the product lies with the owner of the product. We advise our customers not to place the product in an environment, where dust and insects may enter. You may refer to ‘Safety Information’ in the Operating Manual supplied with this product, under section ‘Prohibited Usage’, sub-section ‘Environments’ or visit
