Sir, my name is sravan from vijayawada Andhra Pradesh I had been purchased the Sony Bravia 32 Inches smart internet TV on 23.12.2016 after 4 days my TV is not working I raised a complaint to Sony customer care they engaged the certain service technician of concern service centre he told mother board in TV had been burnt out and he told that they will give warranty after 5day I contacted to concern service centre in my place they told you got a approval for new replacement TV from company but today 3.01.2016 I call to customer care they told we had not got approval they playing games I have call recordings proof of concern service centre please rectify my problem Pvsaisravan Vijayawada [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Mobile is delivered defective item.at the right lower corner of the mobile it seems like it hammered please replace it as soon as possible this is second time I am requesting otherwise I have to complent in consumer court
