Purchased the set on 24.02.2020, from beginning there is a square like white shadow in the upper side of the screen, due to pandemic situation could not call sony personnel in the house being 60 years old having different ailments. On 01.03.2021 booked a complain, on 02.03.2021, a person came from SONY service center and agreed that the problem is due to manufacturing defects. He told that, as it is just cross 365 days I have to pay only a little service charge, they will charge the costly parts without charge. The took the set to the service center, job no. J10447878, on 02.03.2021, On 20.03.2021 one driver delivered the set back after paying service charge. Though there was no white square in the screen found in the screen but unfortunately the picture was found very dull, hazy with noise grains having very low illumination, immediately, it was reported to the toll free number and to the service centre number. The problems not solved yet. Please do the needfull. If the problem is due to manufacturing defect, then the set may please be replaced by new one as far as the company reputation is concerned.
