Dear Sir/ Madam,
I have made an online purchase of Sony Television whose model number reads as KDL32EX720 on[protected]. It was going smoothly till last year. But a year ago the picture was seen blured and has line all over the screen, so we contact our nearby sony service centre. After examining, they said that the LCD panel has a mistake and we have to replace it and they told that it may cost nearly Rs 17000.00/- but now when we approached for the LCD panel they are saying that the company has stopped manufacturing the particular model TV and its parts. We bought the TV by its brand name SONY, but now i feel really bad about my decision. Hereafter i wont buy any Sony products. This is now arising a question which doubts the goodwill of your company.
Herewith i enclosed my TV's ebay websites purchase bill, and the ebay sellers purchase invoice and International Warranty Information.
Kindly give us a better solution.

We understand your concern towards the service of your television.
We would like to inform you that, the product was inspected for post sales support, vide job no: J41739703 by our Authorised Service centre – M/S. City Electronics, Tuticorin.
On inspection of the product, it was found the Display panel needs to be replaced for satisfactory working of the set.
We would like to inform you that we are having difficulty in getting the part (Display panel). As an alternative solution, to retain a valued customer, we are pleased to offer to exchange the set with any of our current BRAVIA model as per your choice at 75% of the new model’s MRP (i.e. 25% discount on MRP).
New set comes with normal full Sony India warranty.
