This is Ajay Agrawal from varanasi, i have purchase a television in the month of feburary, 2016 and the panel/screen had some problem. i registered the complain on[protected] and the panel got changed on[protected] but again it had the same problem which it had before. the service given by the sony india people just served us with disappointment and they are not listening us and making excuses. we have again registered the complaint and now noby is taking any action on it and saying that the mail and video sent to the compny is got corrupted. we are making so many calls but they are not answering at our calls and even the calls made on the toll free they are nit transferring the calls to the superior hirechary as this case is pending from a month. Please action this on immediate basis as we dont have faith on this comapny now. we need to get our tv replaced as soon as possible . Was this information helpful? | |||||
