Purchased Sony dz 350 -5.1dvd home theater from Sathya agencies Udumalpet on 03.10.18. Service engineer told that he will come and fix the home theatre. They never turned back. There is no proper response from the service centre. No engineer has come to fix the speakers till now.our product is lying without usage for a month.kindly guide whether we have to pay for fixing speakers. Was this information helpful? | |||
