We have sony make handy cam model hdr xr100e past 8 years working well. Now my handy cam lcd cracked marking in 3 places. I spoke to sony customer care, they gave sony authorized service center in adyar smart care. They says this model spares absolutely we can't able to do service. I had purchased Sony BRAVIA KDL-43W950D 108cm on 02 Jan, 2017 from snap deal. Now it is showing display problem, mean picture is not coming but audio is clear. Kindly do the needful to resolve it.
