[Resolved] Sony India — Sony India - Sony TV Faded black spots on various parts of the TV screen
I had purchased Sony Bravia Television Set from "Vijay Sales" Vashi Branch for around Rs. 56000 on 30th Oct 2019.
It have 1 Year warranty and Suddenly one fine day within warranty we have observed below details:
1) Minor spot on left hand side of the TV screen
2) Faded black spots on various parts of the TV screen.
I have given the complaint for the same on 29th Oct 2020 with request Id: 63631085.
and complain as assigned to Sri Sai Electronics, Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
After complaining they have come to pick up my TV on 03/11/2020. Job Id : J01678518.
After keeping TV for 17 to 18 days with them. The service center called me and gave me an estimate of around Rs. 16000/- for change of screen although it is in warranty. As they are projecting as the spot displayed is from outside and also not repairing the faded black spots on various parts of the TV screen which they are telling it is the dust.
Many times Sony Service Center guys are not picking the phone as well and we have to call them continuously
Please look into the matter ASAP. Sony is a very recommended Band Name and pioneer in Electronics. I am really disappointed with the service Sony is providing to the customers.
Looking for a positive response as this will avoid me going for any further escalations.
