Sony India — sony liv premium subscription not being cancelled | |||
I have subscribed to the premium subscription of sony liv, and it is an auto renewal subscription, there is no way to cancel the subscription as the site does not respond to the request of cancellation. The site freezes as soon as the button for cancellation of auto renewal is pressed. They have my credit card details and are charging money arbitrarily from me. I do not wish to subscribe further to this service but their is no way to stop it. I have written an email to sony liv customer care but their was no response from their end. I want my money credited from sony liv for charging from my card without my consent when the service can not be stopped by the consumer, even after conveying to the network that i don’t want to extend my subscription.
