Purchased on 26th. June 2014. Amt. Rs: 34, 400/ by cheque. Dealer: sony world or sony center - chembur east - Opposite to vijay sales chembur, suman nagar. For the past one month noticed Vertical blue lines at the start for one minute and later pictures fine. Called service center wega electronics, chembur. One mr. Mahesh attended, collected rs: 240./ did nothing. On a second call he came and told that he does not know the reasons and he has to consult his boss. That is the end. Just last week one fine morning tv - no picture - only sound. When i requested service center again they told me i have to pay again visiting charges and cannot guarantee causes and remedies. Can you please tell me "what should i do". The only mistake i made is buying sony tv. I am properly punished. We senior citizens spent rs: 34, 440./ for entertainment and it lasted only 4, years and six months. Besides no service even ready to pay. I had and still have great faith in sony tvs but now i am lost. Can you please advice me - what should i do, Keep on spending without any result or buy some other brands.
