Sony India — sony tv - display complaint - no response for more than 20 days | |||
Dear team, Please note the below. We have faced an display compliant in our latest new sony tv which we bought in the august 2017. We have registered a compliant, agent came n took the tv on jan 23rd 2018 Till now we didn't get positive response from the store. When we call them also they will say it will take few more days. I purchased this my sony kdl 32w700b 3 years ago and after that we bought another tv so my sony was kept aside to use as a monitor but after some months its showing like this why is this happening
