Service center was reluctant to take laptop as there were not having os. But sony customer care suggested to submit the laptop and they will provide the os.
After submitting the laptop on 28-feb-2018, the part was ordered on 12-march-2018. This issue is dragging from past one month. Yesterday i was told by service center that recovery disk is not available and laptop cannot be repaired.
