SonyLiv app has not been accessible for me since the last month. Sent them many complaints about my premium account not being accessible. Have not got any replies from them on twitter to solve the issue. Nor have they refunded my money back. I have also been unable to cancel the subscription and now Sonyliv has debited my account again for this month. This is shameless cheating and looting. I want my money back for both the months and have entire thread of my complaints to them. Please help me. Was this information helpful? | |
