To, The Manager Sony Mobile Communications Sub:- Swap of set with Job No. - W[protected] dated 17.06.15. Respected Sir I was purchased a mobile model C6802 Sony Xperia Z ultra on dt. 20.11.14. After underperformance of speaker and display I reached to your authorised service station Panchkula . They asks this set will send to company for replacement. I am requested him for a standby set to avoid loss they denied. I deposited the set with Job Sheet No.W[protected] dated 17.06.15. After that on 27.06.2015 further they ask me on a call, that model is not available with us so we are offering you a upgraded model, in which the all features including processor is more or equal from your present set except the screen which is less from your present set and caller promised that, you will not looser in this transaction, I okayed. On 30.06.2015 they inform that your handset is ready. I collect the set on faith of Sony but I am surprised to see that the set C6602 given to me is altogether different from deposited set/promised set. the processor only 1.5 Ghz which is very less and not suitable to me. I requested him to give me a set of equal or comparable processor but he denied and replied that set is swap after confirmation so it is not possible. Now I keep the set as it is because the set is not suitable to me. I hereby request to you that please look into the matter and do the needful because I already suffered huge financial loss and mental pressure due to non availability of standby and after taken the swap set. no phone call or email received in this regard from the company. so I further request to the company through you that please resolve my application on earliest basis.
