Dear sony center,
Technician had visited on my complain non working of tv and took parts from inside with the reason not reparable so replace new parts charge will be 6111 on 2/2/2018. After that day no any communication or revert during the period.
When i call u on friday 8/2/18 i came to know that taken parts is not available in company and you are doing repair of the same with the same charge and only 3 monts warranty without talking my confirmation.
I had called on 9/2/18 for not do repairs and i am not interested to so got the reply technician will talk to you.
May i know when will issues??.

In the market many cheap tv is also available but we are purchasing brand "sony" and paying almost double. It's 30k within the period of three year.
Mean you are charging higher price and using cheap product for your margin. And after fer year later you are asking money for replacements of parts.
