Dear team

I had owned a sony bravia r48b series after 4 years the back led is not working and hence had raise for customer service representative had attended the same but now he is denying to return the same. Issue is firstly had told them i will make service payment thru credit card and multiple times they had told yes we are accepting all types of payment but now denying to give cash payment around 9k i m very much surprised for the harrasment done

I m being harrasment for the type of payment to be made in cash or paytm but I need to do basis credit card only . The service man people's are not giving my LED back stating and demanding cash payments
