Sony India — tv panel issue within 2.5 years | |||
I had purchased sony led television; model kd-43x7500e, sr no3002510 in nov 2017 from reliance digital, r-city mumbai. We all know that sony is a reputed brand name in electronics market. We buy sony products because sony is the name of trust and it promises best quality & service. My family has always trusted sony for its high quality products and customer satisfaction oriented approach. Astonishingly in this costly tv of 66k, soon after the warranty period expired, horizontal lines appeared. Sony is international no.1 brand and it has got a problem in just 2 years, unbelievable! I have referred websites, so many people having same problem. Which means theses days even brand like sony is concentrating on amassing money in turn compromising with quality. It is now useless to go for any expensive branded products like sony. We are buying sony products and paying more amounts, because of reliability, good support, unbeatable picture quality. How ever it seems now we are being cheated. If you are reading this, i would suggest, do not go for any sony brand. You can google and find hundreds of similar complains as above. I agree too on no guarantee on electronic products may spoil any time but not with in short period That too an international brand company. Also Sony doesn’t have answers to customer queries except saying warranty expired and I strongly object this is just fraudulent manufacture assembled with cheap electronic components and high cost selling price by tagging Sony brand name
