Hello Team,
I had requested for home repair service for my Sony blu-ray, the technician had come yesterday (17 december 2021) but the technician saw the product and told me to take it to the service centre directly. He told me to give him 200 rs (visiting charge), and I gave the money to him even though he didnt even diagnose the problem. I would like to request for a refund of the 200 rupees as the technician just pressed the power button on the blu-ray and obviously it wouldn’t turn on because it dosen't work and thats why I had requested home repair service for it. There is no meaning to give him the visiting charges as he didnt even diagnose the problem. This is totally unfair. Please refund me the money (200 rs) because there is no meaning to give the visiting charges as he did nothing that would repair the machine. Please do not send another technician to my home, just directly refund me the visiting charges (Rs.200). I have also attached the jobsheet.
