Sony India — Warranty not covered. | |||
I purchased Sony Vaio in 2014 and went to service center around 10 to 15 times for trackpad issue, still persisting. During repairs they mishanded my laptop and a crack appeared which now damaged my palmrest. Now, they deny that we handled you in right condition and also denied to change my LED which is not working. I have totally lost trust on this company. Please help me, I feel cheated.
