Hi, I need immediate help in cancelling my subscription from Sony liv app, i have tried their customer service number but it keeps taking me in a loop, I went on their site as well but there is no provision except you send a mail and they never reply. I wanted to try the subscription for one month but they are charging me for continued sbcription without my consent. Despite various attempts there is no way. I tweeted about it and the person called and wasking me the details of my Credit card.
