It is very bad they don't pick up phone on their kolkata foreign lcao

Sony TV helpline does not respond even after repeat reminders.I had reqstd dome clarification whic Sony helpline is not providing.Inspite of ringing helpline Sony does not want to reply.
Very poor customer support.I had bought a sony tv and I am reqsting for resolution of complaint.
