dear sir I was a great fan of sony...I bought one smart phone xperia neo L in d previous year..in one year I went the sony customer care centre. altlast 6 times for different problems...and nw also my phone is not working properly..so kindly change my phone ; otherwise plz give back to the money...i took the phone with the yearnings of the whole year so plz do necessary action...
