Sonyliv — money has been deducted from my paytm account but subscription has not completed | |||||
I was trying to subscribe 'rs. 199/- for 6months" plan in sonyliv on 14/06/18. Sonyliv service id is 9996197. Wallet transaction id [protected]. Payment has been done but subscription was not successful. I have sent repeated email to [protected]@setindia.com but got no reply/action. I have tried to contact the customer care through phone but in vain. Please resolve the issue as early as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||||
