Sonyliv.com — unable to unsubscribe from their paid services.

I have paid for the premium services of this website for one month. After one month the paid services gets auto renewed by deducting a particular amount from my account. But they haven't provided any option to unsubscribe from this service. The website asks us to unsubscribe by visiting 'my purchases' section in their mobile app or website, but such a section does not exist. I've tried so much to find this section but found mysel[censored]nsuccessful. I tired to contact their customer support by sending them mails but they aren't providing any solution.

So in such case they are looting customers money and customers are totally helpless.
