As seen online sony bluetooth headphones and a smartfit watch... I ordered for cash on delivery.. The product was totally different from original as seen online... Kindly help to get refund for the same... Also sent emails on [protected]@siundxpert.co for the same problems... But yeilded no results... As they don't have any contacts wherein consumer can contact directly to better explain the defective product delivered...
Hope to get refund or exchange the product for real one as displayed online...

I faced similar kind of problem with soundxpert as the above mentioned fellow consumer. I also ordered for wireless headphone and colourfit smart watch but instead received a wireless charger and neckband earphones. Also they don't have any customer care number so mailed the customer support but no reply.
Hope to get an exchange with original one as on website or refund.
