South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — Before confirmation ticket amount deducted

I, Shri Bhola Nath Mandal/63 yrs. tried booked 2 nos. seats from KARUNAMOYEE-BANKURA on[protected] against seat number 34 &35 for the journey of[protected] for the bus whose departure time was 6.40 AM but I was success to purchase tickets on third attempt.For the first two time an amount of @Rs.330X2=Rs.660/- as mentioned i)POS PRCH POS[protected] SBSTC 330, ii)POS PRCH POS[protected] SBSTC 330 were debited from my account and till time that amount were not refunded. Please look into the matter and refund my debited amount at the earliest. REGARDS (BHOLA NATH MANDAL).
