I booked my online ticket for tge bus from karoomoyee to durgapur, the exact time was 7.40, this bus got cancelled, the sbstc represtative gave me my seat number exactly as i booked, later he gave my seat to some other lady and gave me a seat over the wheels. When i interrogated him why he gave my seat he misbehaved and said if i booked it online, my problem should be solved online itself. I booked online giving an service amount excessive than the normal in order to choose my seat by myself. This kind of behaviour is nothing uncommon with these people. I have cancelled a ticket on 2nd July from Sbstc and I received a cancellation receipt but till date I didn't get any kind of refund.
