Dear sir, today i traveled in bus no wb 39 3495, started at 6.30 am from suri towards kolkata. The conductor stop the bus frequently though there are no stopage in many of them. Many passenger though oppose this situation but they didn't hear it. They also diverted the bus root at satragachi towards a slow lane. We pay full fare and travelled by bus to reach the office at time but due to some arrogant conductor like this who for their own benefit spoil the good name of sbstc. Thanking you... B. N.
