I have taken ticket from asansol to kolkata having seat no 46on 12/03/2018 but there is another person seating on my seat from asansol when i told them to leave my seat then they are showing a ticket that we have paid 90 rupees for durgapur then why will we leave the seat. In many SBSTC buildings inside, smokers are seen and no police to fine them, no notice also . For example, in esplanade SBSTC ticket booking area, which is a confined building, very often smokers are seen .
