To Sbstc Dear sir As on 10.02.2020, i, mr prasenjit das booked 5 tickets online from sbstc website, but my amount has been deducted, but i have not get any confirmation of ticket. Our travel date will be 10th march'2020 from digha to garia. So i booked 5 tickets for the same through sbstc online, but my amount debited from his bank.. And no ticket confirmation from your end. Why? Also someone call me and confirm that i will be received back my amount within 8 working days from the date of booking. But still now no money return back into my account.
