On 27th april, 2019 i boarded on sbstc ac bus (13: 40, burdwan - karunamoyee) from alisha bus stand.ac was not functioning and air inside was hot and uncomfortable. When myself and other passengers went to the driver's cabin to complain about it the bus conductor not only behaved rough but also used slang language and asked to get down from bus. After despite booking the ticket does not stop bus the bus stand on, this so many times happen. This is press of the driver and conductor both. So many people suffer this type of situation. Please take needful action. And we hope bus stop all the genuine bus stops. Bus no-3858 morning time 6:20 from nadigram to Kolkata
