Respected sir, I am sk yousuf. I went to karunamoyee ticket counter to buy a ticket. While i was buying the ticket i had 500 rs note with me. The person who was at the counter asked me to give change but i told them "i don't have change with me and 2 minutes is left to depart the bus. Please do something. They abused me and misbehaved with me. I was sure of the fact that he had change because i saw two persons gave 600 rupees change and 300 rupess change respectively. Still they denied to me to give change and abused me. I would request you plz look into the matter and train them how to behave with the passengers. Was this information helpful? | |||
