South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — poor transport facility provided by sbstc | |||
Dear sir, I am jayanta chakraborty here, would like to launch a complaint regarding poor transport facility provided by sbstc. I have booked a ticket from durgapur, city centre to barasat on 13.08.2019 (Tue) and the seat number was 11. The bus started from durgapur, city centre at 13.05 but somehow it got breakdown near muchipara, durgapur at 13.:27 and it doesn't get repaired even after 4 hours being elapsed and i have to returned back to home as even there was no security provided by the sbstc. Ticket no:[protected] Total fare - rs. 145/- Bus no: wb-39b-1154 So, now i want my money back within 2-3 days otherwise i will take legal action against sbstc. Was this information helpful? | |||

My ticket not confirmed. But my bank account debit Rs. 200.Journey Date. 22.08.2019. 7.30 AM Burdwan to Karunamoyee Booking Date 21.08.219.13.02 POS txn at[protected]SBSTC-SBSTC.
