South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — about new connections

Sir we are required a new connections for a new project. Our need is around 14kb load. But your office can not submit any form about this. Your je told me that he is not give me the connection of 14kb load at my site. He also told me that i bring a transformer for my new connections. I want to submit my form in office but no one received it. Please do the need full
