Consumer no. [protected] I am paying bill with paytm. And this time i noticed that i am paying the bill for same month again. Please see below the payment details. Paid for july on 5 aug 2018: Operator reference no. Sbpt[protected] Paid for july on 15 sept 2018: Perator reference no. Sbpt[protected] After paying 2 times for same month, again it is displaying bill for same month. Also it is generating recent paid bill on the website but when you will go to pay bill, it will show same bill again. Please take a look at all the receipt screenshot. Please help soon. I paid on line on15/10/18 power bill of rs6768 for which I got receipt /acknowledgement. Details are. Txn paxg[protected]. Txn I'd sb[protected]. Txn date 15/10/18. But still I am getting reminders to pay the amount. Please look into the matter and fix it.

Sir I shiv prasad Mehta having consumer no.[protected] a/c no.[protected] facing a lot of problem due to excess billing of my account. it's unbearable for us and unable to paid such amount.accourding to me I did not consume such more electricity billing by south bihar power distribution company limited
