South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — non receipt of electricity bill for ca[protected]

I am not getting the monthly electricity bill for my connection. Once i had been to your office and submitted the bill but regret to inform you that in spite of my several request it has not been regularized. I am not able to pay it through online services. Request you to please look into my concern and do the needful so that i can make the payment on line every month.
