Sir, 1. My consumer id no : [protected], old con id : 2916266, div code : arrah/217, sub div/ code ara (R)/2173, sec/code : koilwar/21732. 2. I have already been paid my bill upto apr 2018. My average consumption of is 39 to 100 (Lk. A) per month and billing amount was 250 to 350/- per month. My meter was stopped on 15 may 2018. Immediately i was complained to your gidha, (Arrah) office for replacement of out meter on writing, but the same has change during 1st week of july 2018. 3. During jun 2018 i was received my energy bill for consumption of 2086 (Ok. N) and amounting to rs.3296/-. I have not increased any electricity items since last 2 to 3 years to till date. Only light and one 1 fan has used in my house and we are only 2 to 3 person only living in my house. I was immediately complained on 03 july 2018 with written at your gidha office, but no action has been taken by your office. After that i was again requested to revenue officer, arrah (Bihar) to look matter and issue amended/ revised bill vide our application dated 24 sep 2018. Till date i have not received any revised bill and any information regarding my bill. 4. You are requested to kindly look matted personnel and issued revised bill so that i will pay my actual consumption bill amount at the earliest.
