South Delhi Motorcycles — classic 350 gunmetal not delivered on the given time

Hi, all please its my humble request don't purchase any product from south delhi motorcycles kailash colony showroom as they always gives you the false commitment about the delivery of your bike. As incident took place yesterday on 18th oct 2017 as it was my birthday so one month back i booked royal enfield classic 350 gun metal color on 20th sep 2017 with a booking amount of rs 5500/- through cheque and that sales executive promised to deliver my bike on 18th oct as its my birthday he said yes sir we will surely gives you the bike on time but still i thought i guess it might take more than that but he assured me that we will give u on time. So i waited, apart from that he told me to submit entire remaining amount to be deposited before 10 days of the delivery date and i do the same on 9th oct 2017 by paying rs 157090/- and he said sir please call us before one day of the delivery date but as it was my birthday yesterday so i called him on monday for assuring the delivery and he said yes sir please come on 18 oct 2017 between 11am-1pm, then i thought all things are going good and i will get my dream bike on my special day, but opposite thing happend as i called him yesterday morning around 11am but after ringing almost 5-10 calls he said wait sir, we will let you know about the timings, i said ok but almost 3-4 hours passed away he still said wait then my mood gets spoiled so i decided to visit there showroom around 3pm, and i saw over there almost already 3-4 customers waiting for the delivery some waiting from almost 2 months some 1 months etc etc, it alike totally negative atmosphere over there when i asked about my bike they said sir please speak to our company asm mr. Rishab and mr rishab said over the phone we are extremely sorry sir our truck get delayed as it was strike in other cities 5-10 days back, i said what the hell this is, you should inform me about that earlier, but he remains silent on that, so i got really angry at that time that you guys spoiled my birthday, now returned my payment and give the compassion amount or you guys harass me from last 10 day by giving false commitment, apart from that why you have taken all the amount as you were not assured, then they again remains the silent, after huge drama at last they agreed to refund my money back, but without any interest and without any compassion money, its my request not to go there as they are fooling people by giving them false commitments.

Guys please let me tell whats my fault in that as they spoiled my special day
