Various kinds of concerns are raised by residents for their problems arising out of facilities provided by mcd or under its control and about problems arising out o[censored]sers of adjacent premises. However though the complaints are noted and on enquiry is informed to have been forwarded to concerned officer/department but effectively no action is taken in large number of complaints and on checking about status of concern raised, it is only informed that the complaint has been forwarded further and relief sought is not informed or is delayed for long time. The higher officials in the office should monitor the complaints periodically say 15-20 days to check if any required action is taken on the concerns raised by way of complaints received in writing or on phone by control room staff and should consider about how many concerns raised have been effectively attended to and have been resolved by the concerned staff to whom the complaint is marked/ forwarded for resolution.
