South Indian Railways — Missbehaviour

My name is Santanu Bazal. I work in a MNC as a customer service executive. I'm a civil engineer by qualification. Any way, today morning I went to BQA Railway station for Ticket booking. I had to book 3 nos. of ticket. But after booking two ticket the Reservation Staff (Name- Mr. Suraj) Started asking for money. I requested him to book the 3rd ticket and take the total amount, as it will be easier for him & me too. Just after that very moment he started shouting "I told you to pay the money first, and do as I said, Otherwise go & stand after the last man in the queue." As I asked him "why should I stand in the queue again?" He replied with attitude "Don't argue with us, I think you will run away with the money after getting all the tickets... And so on".
