Myself rajesh sharma. i had booked my house hold items on dated 26 june for himatnagar from kalwa kurti through yours hyderabad office. your agent name is vikash. for this booking i had paid 26, 250 rs.in which 3000rs had paid for insurance. but i have not any copy for insurance.
During transportation my freeze, washing machine, mixer and all glass item are very badly dameged. for this thing tell to vikash so many times but till now no solution has come from his side.
So please look my all matter seriously and give my compensation for damage item. and most important booked 29 items but recieved only 27 items. last 2 items has lost by yours packers.
