Sir iam balaji travelling in intercity exp (12679) from chennai to salem (Pnr no [protected]) d12 83 isy seat no on 21/12/2017, while i boarded the train there was a hole on train through which we can see the track, the hole was such a leg can pass, it was at s9 coach near seat no 1 toilets, this is horrible, kindly take necessary steps before any one is injuries

Train number 11618, Madurai to chennai Egmore, there is no water supply in handwash and restroom in 3unreserved coach, passengers are suffering from it. .so kindly take take an action on this.

Drinking Water, rest room not available in platform, portable toilet in plt.1 locked. Plt.2 not available, end of plt between two tracks toilet is there in unusable condition. Wrong placement of toilet. Passengers force to cross track which Invite accident, both basic amenities should be provided in each platform.
