Southern Railway — payment failure

Dear Sir/Mam,
I have paid Rs.500 for online exam fee of rrb chennai, through yes bank debit card.This amount has been debited from my account but rrb has not received this amount.in rrb website this transaction is showing failure status.
I have paid on 24/03/2018, My Registration ID[protected],
1.Reference no 4141031542620181638030524. SBI Ref no CPF5967813.
2.Reference no 4141031542620181637031024. SBI Ref no CPF5971653.
Pls solve my problem as soon as possible.
Also i have complaint in RRB Helpdesk for this issue.and also complaint in yes bank.
