Southern Railway — rail concession for handicapped person denied at booking counter

Dear sir,
I booked a ticket to shirdi online which was rac2, 3, 4, 5 till23.10.18 and so we canelled the ticket.
To avoid losing a chance to go to shirdi, we booked a ticket vide pnr no [protected] on 30.9.18.
We had already booked two tickets on 30.8.18 in pnr no [protected] from shirdi to dadar and
In pnr no [protected] from cst mumbai to chennai-both using handicapped dauughters’ concession.
On 30.9.18, the person booking pnr [protected] refused to entertain the concession for handicapped. My son-in-law swaminathan went to book the ticket. The person asked via phone at booking counter the pnr nos of for the ticket booked using concesstions on 30.8.18. Still, the person refused saying the concession shows handicapped in certificate and the online certificate shows “mr” in the concession and the person asked my son-in-law to go to central station office and get it corrected. Only 5 tickets were available and he asked me. I told him to take the tickets without conc ession since if he goes to central station and comes back the seats may get booked. The person said other two bookings were wrong and there would be audit objection. I attach the online certificate which says mr. I came to know only form them mr means mentally #. Whatever it is mr or without mr, she is handicapped and so entitled to concession.
So i request you to refund the difference in fare due to concession for my daughter sankari and escort and send a cheque to my address above.

I missed by bag with my original documents. and i have my bank related documents, clothes and my note book... and also missed phone ear set with that.
