Southern Railway — refund failure | |||
Dear sir, I have done a booking on 27th may 2018 through online mood. Money has been deducted from my bank account but the ticket was not booked. The next day they showed that the money will be refunded back to my account within 3-4 days. Now it has been 15 days and nothing is refunded. My transaction id: [protected] and also i have cancelled a ticket on 25th May 2018 with pnr no. [protected] and transaction id : [protected] and i have got the message that amount 550 will be credited and it has been 17 days till now. Theirs no refund from railways till now. I request you to please check and do the needfull i have attached the proofs like photo of mini statement from bank and it clearly shows that on 27th money has been deducted towards railway.
